Rita is passionate about helping people find hope and experience relief. Rita is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and specializes in treating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. She utilizes Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while teaching practical stress reduction skills.
While she is straight forward, Rita is sincere. She believes that a supportive, caring, and honest relationship with each client is of the utmost importance and she strives to stay present, compassionate, and open-minded throughout the therapy process. As a helping professional, mother, LEO spouse and daughter of the oil and gas industry Rita opened her practice to serve those she is most familiar with.
I help college-aged students, young professionals, and millennials overcome anxiety: worry, overthinking, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome. I strive towards helping you find a peaceful mind, work-life balance, and joy in your relationships (partner(s), family, friends). l connect well with people that have been called “high-achievers", "worriers", or "perfectionist". I also connect deeply with first-generation college students/graduates, women and men navigating their professional careers, and latinos/as/xs. I'm bilingual, so I can definitely mix it up with some Español when needed. Some words just don't translate to English!
I am a trauma-focused, EMDR-trained clinician and help clients heal from childhood or sexual trauma, generational trauma, and grief. As an LGBTQ+ ally, I strive to provide all clients a safe, non-judgmental space. By the end of our first session, you will have therapeutic goals based on your presenting struggles and a game plan for reaching those goals.

I believe in the importance of a balanced life, and maintain equilibrium by treating myself to Blue Bell Ice Cream and binge-watching Netflix documentaries.

Liz is genuinely dedicated to helping others find greater peace, strength and fulfillment in sensible ways. She helps reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and stress with practical strategies that can easily be incorporated into full schedules of busy moms, young adults and couples. She specializes in guiding clients through life’s transitions like changing careers, getting married, becoming a parent and grief/loss of a loved one. Liz offers pre-marital and relationship sessions for improving communication and maintaining healthy relationships.
Liz collaborates with each client to establish goals for counseling and help realize desired results. She strives to be mindful, open-minded and sincere throughout each session. While tailoring every appointment to meet the needs of individual clients, Liz utilizes Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-centered approaches.
Liz is a fan of the outdoors and appreciates the birds, beaches, and biking opportunities in the Coastal Bend.

Lisa is committed and passionate about serving adolescents and adults. Lisa takes a Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approach by truly being present with her clients and offering tools they can use to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, and grief.
Lisa strives to offer hope, support, and resources throughout sessions to help clients gain insight into how their past experiences can influence their present. Lisa works fervently alongside her clients to create achievable goals that can lead to a more balanced and fulfilled life.
In her spare time, Lisa prioritizes self-care and accomplishes this through her passion for drawing, photography, and beach-going. As a self-proclaimed board game junkie, Lisa loves making memories with her loved ones whether that means watching the latest horror flick, attending live music festivals, or traveling to new places and experiencing a different culture

As the spouse of a veteran, mother, caregiver and civilian law enforcement professional Kate has dedicated herself to supporting those who serve our community and country. Through her education, training and practical experience Kate joins forces with each client and sets goals to accomplish in counseling.
Kate specializes in alleviating anxiety and depression as well as reducing the impact of trauma and stress. Following her client’s lead, she facilitates the discovery of strategies most fitting for each unique client. Kate is a radical listener and is sincerely present in every session. She is patient, kind and encouraging with the process of self-discovery.
In her spare time Kate appreciates practicing self-care through yoga, meditation, long motorcycle rides and short get-aways. Empty nesting has not been a thing for Kate as her five dogs and adventurous elderly parents have filled her life with joy once her adult children left home.

Venita has a heartfelt desire to help others obtain their optimal mental health. She is a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer, military spouse, and mother of two grown men, one of whom is a Veteran.
Venita has lived throughout the United States and in Europe. However, Hawaii will always be home. Her travels have helped her diversify her knowledge of the world and made her culturally diverse. Venita has vast experience working with youths, adults, and families. She tends to radiate towards TF-CBT, CBT, and RBT theories in her sessions. Treating trauma and PTSD are among her passions.
Venita spends her free time with her family, friends, and pets. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and the great outdoors. She continues to spread the Aloha Spirit in all that she does.
